What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a self-driven, resourceful, hardworking Head of Operations and Client Delivery to lead and oversee the day-day operations units of our company. As Head of Operations and Client Delivery, you will develop and implement cross functional strategies to drive operational excellence through process improvement and to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.   

Reporting to the CEO of the company, the Head of Operations and Client Delivery is a part of the leadership team and will be responsible for optimizing our company's operating capabilities, employing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, deliver high quality content, and provide effective online instruction. The Head of Operations and Client Delivery will oversee the operational business units including Partner Success & Client Support, Content Delivery, and Online Instruction.  

The Head of Operations and Client Delivery must be capable of executing functions and standing up systems for additional team members to take on with company growth. Great people skills, excellent business acumen, outstanding work ethic, resourcefulness, and self-drive are must-haves for this role. 


What You Will Do

Responsible for delivery on all Products to clients. Customer engagement and technical / client support. Must be focused on Process Improvements, Operational Excellence, Quality, and Delivery Focused.

  • Operations / Tutoring & Fulfillment  
  • Content Delivery Team 
  • Drive Software Team and Product Delivery  
  • Internal KPIs Reporting & External Data Reporting  
  • Lead Operations Units, Client Services, Content Development, Partner Success & Client Support, and Online Instruction 


Day-to-Day: Develop actionable business strategies, tactics, and execute plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with each operations unit.

  • Develop and implement processes for scaling operations to expand business, including personnel, technology, and administrative functions. 
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.  
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting. 
  • Drive Process Improvements. 

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s required or MBA (preferred) in Engineering, business, or related field 
  • Experience in Industrial, Supply Chain Management preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in Management of Strategic Operations  
  • Experience in Process Improvement; Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity 
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics 
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues 
  • Problem-solver mindset 
  • High level self-starter 
  • Education sector experience is a plus 
  • Passion for education 
  • Strong Leadership and Organizational skills
